Before our first appointment, you’ll complete a lifestyle questionnaire and food diary that will provide insights into your health, lifestyle and dietary habits.
During our initial consultation (60 minutes), we’ll delve deeper into your lifestyle, diet, health history and goals. This is a valuable opportunity for me to fully understand your individual circumstances and for you to ask any questions that you may have. After our consultation, you’ll receive a bespoke plan that will include dietary and nutrition recommendations, practical tips and resources, all tailored to your goals and needs.
Follow up appointments (30 minutes) offer a chance to review your plan, track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you’re on the right path.
All appointments are conducted on Google Meet.

The fee covers a review of your pre-consultation forms and food diary, along with a personalised plan that will be sent to you after our first meeting.Check-ins (30 minutes): 250 AED

Everyone progresses at their own pace and the duration of our time together will depend on your unique needs and goals. We can map out a plan during our initial consultation.

I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged for the full fee.
