I’m a registered nutritionist (ANutr MSc) based in Abu Dhabi and mum to a lively little boy.
I’m here to help you take the guesswork out of nutrition, so you can feel good about fuelling yourself and your family during pregnancy, infancy, and beyond.

Where my story meets yours
Like many mothers, I’ve experienced both the joys and the challenges that come with pregnancy, caring for a newborn and navigating the toddler years. Through it all, thoughtful nutrition has been my greatest ally, supporting me physically and mentally as I found my footing in early motherhood.
When I began weaning my son, food became so much more than nourishment. Letting go of perfection, I created a space where we could connect over my love of food and delight in his curiosity. I found so much joy in watching his eyes light up as he explored a whole new world of tastes and textures.
These experiences have shaped how I guide the families I work with. I’ve seen firsthand how a supportive, nutrition-focused approach can empower mothers, helping them feel confident and capable during a season filled with change and self-doubt.
The first 1,000 days (from conception to age two) are a powerful window for shaping a child’s lifelong health. They’re also a time when we, as mothers, undergo enormous physical, emotional and identity shifts of our own. Having clear, trustworthy guidance during this transformative time can make all the difference.

Looking back on my own journey into motherhood, I remember thinking how meaningful it would be if every woman had access to a warm, guiding space where she could feel truly held and understood. A place that offered practical guidance, gentle reassurance and encouragement along the way.
That’s exactly the kind of support I strive to offer the women I work with today. I’m here to help you feel empowered and capable as you nurture yourself and your family — making the early years of motherhood feel a little calmer and a little easier.
