Workshop: Tackle Fussy Eating
You’re not alone - many parents find fussy eating to be one of the most challenging parts of raising little ones. From rejecting once-loved foods to refusing whole meals, mealtimes can quickly shift from enjoyable to stressful, leaving you stuck on how to respond.
This two-hour workshop is designed to help you understand why fussy eating happens and equip you with practical, evidence-based strategies to make mealtimes calmer and more positive.
